TGIF

So, last night I braved the Chicago traffic and picked Jeremy up at Midway Airport. Next time we are paying for a Limo...This trip should have taken about 20 minutes to get to the airport, wait for the plane to get in (30 minutes), and the home trip should have been 20 minutes. This turned into a 4.5 hour excursion.
 
Thank God my sister came over to watch Yoda, otherwise I would have had to bring her with....I left at 4:00pm because I knew traffic was going to be bad at rush hour. I had no idea. It took me an hour and a half to get to Midway. I then went to my grandma's house since she lives about 5 minutes away and waited for Jeremy to call. Only thing is, it took way more than 5 minutes to get to the airport!! Ridiculous! This isn't even in the heart of the city or the international airport!! Limo, that's all I can say.
 
I thought that I would get to the airport, or at least my grandma's and be able to finish the washcloth...I got NOTHING done! By the time I got home and ate dinner, I was already sleeping. Needless to say, I will spend some time this weekend finishing up some things, taking pictures (yes, it will happen), doing house work and hopefully painting.

BTW, my friend Curtis sent me this  link. If you are at work, put on headphones or turn down the volume. It is a joke on the presidential election (not party biased at all)....pretty funny.
